First things first...  Jigs and Custom Built Tools

Project Daedalus Officially began today... Sunday, May 2, 2004.
Here in these initial photos... Jeff Marsh and I begin the fabrication of the first of many components and jig's that will need to be built for the Daedalus project.  This first component is an all steel, C-Frame, Dimpler. It uses the DRDT-2 Front End Kit from Experimental Aero.

The Daedalus S-2 will see tremendous use of this new tool. More photos to follow shortly... check back every week or so...
